About this calculator
This vehicle wrap pricing calculator provides business owners and car enthusiasts with an accurate budgetary estimate based on real-world 2026 installation shop pricing models.
Instead of throwing out a massive range, the calculator uses the standard square-footage pricing model utilized by reputable wrap shops:
Base Wrap Cost = Effective Sq Ft × Material Price per Sq Ft
Jamb Surcharge = Base Wrap Cost × 0.20 (If Full Wrap & Jambs selected)
Removal Cost = Removal Hours × $80/hr shop rate
Total Cost = Wrap Cost + Jambs + Removal + Design Fee
A note on premium films: The material categories reflect both the cost of the raw vinyl and the installation difficulty. For example, Chrome vinyl is highly expensive per roll, but it is also notoriously rigid and difficult to stretch without "whitening" or ruining the finish. The elevated $12/sq ft calculation accounts for the highly skilled, slow-paced labor required to install exotic films.
